Private one on one training sessions will provide you with the most hands on approach, allowing for maximum results in a bespoke setting. If you are struggling with injuries, are pregnant, recovering from a recent surgery or are just curious about pilates and want to learn the basics before taking a group class, a private session would be an ideal fit. Sessions are available in groups of up to three or you can rent out the studio to celebrate your next event.
