In honor of our second location opening in Aventura, we wanted to put together a guide of our favorite places to visit before and after class.
Sesame Bakery
This is one of the cutest bakeries in all of Miami and such a hidden gem! What we love about it that its uniquely Aventura and the only location. The food has a mediterranean vibe and can be your healthy post pilates fuel, or you can enjoy one of their insanely delicious pastries as a sweet treat. Their pistachio matcha latte is our personal fave.

Prestige Auto Spa
This is probably the nicest car wash in Miami- not only do they hand wash your car and the service is incredible, but they have an onsite Pura Vida cafe so you can enjoy your lunch and work remote while your car is being washed- talk about multitasking!

Aventura Mall
This doesn’t need an introduction but it has to be included. From cute coffee shops like Ralph’s to lunch at Motek and shopping at Alo Yoga, Vuori, and so much more, we knew that when we opened in Aventura, we needed to be right next to the mall- and we are so glad we are!

Reserve Padel
The chicest place to play Padel in all of Miami, and the Sole Mia location is probably our favorite. The perfect cardio component after your Miami Pilates class.

Grocery shopping doesn’t have to be boring and we love coming here for all the homemade pastas, organic fruits and vegetables and amazing selection of wine. The perfect gourmet grocery store for all of your essentials.
